A thought-provoking article on the growing chasm between the liberal arts and the science--an issue that is especially relevant in my own life. The following sentence really struck a chord with me, and I believe, perfectly captures the sad reality of our world and workforce: Scientists proudly unable to quote a phrase of Shakespeare, and literary types untroubled by the second law of thermodynamics.
